Deliveries of Aurore Van Milhem products are made via Colissimo with tracking number. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number as soon as the order is part of the workshop. The delivery time for any order placed on www.aurorevanmilhem.com can vary according to the number of orders in process / workload from 5 days to one month as Van Milhem clothes are made on order. Return / exchange / right of withdrawal :
The products, not damaged, not personalized, not washed, not worn, kept in their original packaging, can be exchanged and returned. Aurore Van Milhem wants to make clear that it can not accept returns for custom made pieces.
The “customer” has a period of 7 days, excluding weekends and holidays to return the package.
After this period of 7 days Aurore Van Milhem will not take into account any return.

Is it possible to exchange with another article?
